  • Single point lubricators deliver lubricant to a single access point. Primarily used for bearings, they also suit pumps, motors, fans, chains, guides, gears, and conveyors. These systems excel when hard-to-reach locations or safety concerns complicate traditional lubrication methods.

  • In a single-line system there is one primary line connecting the central pump with the lubricant divider. All single-line metering devices work in a parallel principle. Single-line systems are easy to install and maintain, suitable for long line lengths and suitable for oil and grease.

    Single-Line Lubrication

  • Multi-line systems are commonly called “pump to point” systems as lubricant is fed directly from each of the pumping elements in the pump body to the lubrication point. No additional metering devices are necessary.

  • Progressive systems provide the various lubrication points with grease by means of progressive divider blocks. Progressive means that all lubricating points, each in turn, are provided with grease.
